From the TV show Hanna Barberra Drak Pack. Where the Monsters of the past are trying to make up for past misdeeds. It consisted of Howler (a werewolf), Frankie (a Frankenstein monster), and Drak Jr (a vampire) who battle Dr. Dred who leads the criminal group OGRE (Organization of Generally Rotten Enterprises).

OGRE would plot nefarious scheme like taking over a Florida hotel to make a hotel for crooks. Another is OGRE's attempt to achieve a World Record of Crime [link] or when OGRE used a shrink ray to rob Fort Knox. Dr Dred was voiced by Hans Conreid who was the also Capt Hook in Disney Original Peter Pan. It lifted this show up.

The Drak Pack was lead by Drak Jr., who talked and acted like Maxwell Smart. The Pack received instructions from Big D (aka Dracula ).

OGRE consisted of Dr Dred, Toad (frog like lackey), Mummy Man, Fly (a human fly) and Vampira ( a shape shifting vampire).

Well it seems that Vampira has ran afoul of Dr. Dred's wrath
