In the 1960's there were two films of Dalek serials starring Peter Cushing as Doctor Who.The films rewrote the relationship of Barbara was now the Dr, Who's grand daughter also. Barbara (Jennie Linden), Susan (Roberta Tovey), and in the second film "Dalek Invasion 2150 AD" Barbara was replaced by Dr. Who's niece Louise (Jill Curzon).

If Movie Doc's name is actually Dr. Who, and Louise is his niece, does this make her Lou Who? Or even Cindy Lou Who?

I remember scenes from these movies when I was very young. The scene in the first movie Doctor Who and the Daleks where we see the clawed hand of the dying Dalek from underneath the blanket. The scene in Dalek Invasion of Earth when everybody is escaping the Dalek mine and Roy (Bernard Cribbins yes Donna Noble's grandfather) was confronted by a dalek and somebody through a blanket over it to save him. Ah the jous of misspent youth

Yeah I still mu video and being thinking of getting the dvd. I also had the honour of going to a Dr who convertion and hearing Benard Cribbens talk
