Oooh, what do the gears turn? I assume you turn the exposed cogs on the base which pushes the large one surrounding the watch face, does that do anything special or just spin for effect?

Here [link] I have shown how this happens. Rotation allows you to wear them on either hand, set the dial at a convenient angle for viewing. Also, it looks pretty cool.
