I need to stop taking crappy cell phone pics of my pictures. It really messes with the color. *sigh* If only I could use my dad's scanner again TToTT
Back on topic, I've been playing Fire Emblem and I was thinking about how when I was little I used to really loves Lynn's design, and now that I'm older and actually playing the game I feel like I now like her even more. She's such an awesome character >v< Though in this picture I feel like I did her no justice. One day I'll draw a better picture of her

You and I feel the same about Lyn; she's a character I always loved who grows on me more and more.:3 Out of every video game I've played this one gives me the best happy, appreciative nostalgia feeling.
Love how you painted her though, the material adds a nice flowy-ness to her figure and her hair is great. Also love her face.

Ah yeah~ Though I feel bad because I never finished the game she was in ; v ; It's actually still sitting in my desk in my Gameboy Advanced unfinished just because it was getting soo freaking difficult and I hate perma-death... TTvTT Still love all the characters in that game the most though for sure~

It is a really tough game though! And somehow I've played through it 5+ times lol...it's so weird to play Awakening and always have enough money to buy enough weapons without having my teammates stick out their necks in the arena because perma death even has to apply THERE for goodness sakes...

Actually it made me want to draw Lyn again too, so I started a drawing of her with that inspiration haha.

Yeah and one mistake can kill a person and that's just soooo much stress TTvTT I actually tried to play the game again recently and I did pretty well, until the very end of the map AFTER I had killed the main person. On my way to the throne I thought to myself "Oh, I need this one person to level up a bit, lemme try to clear off the map before I bring Eliwood to the throne!" They died. I had to restart. I put the game back in my drawer and never picked it up since. I always hated perma-death because it made me feel overwhelmed. I never wanted anyone to die. Which is why I turned it off for Awakening TTnTT But I do still want to finish that game so I'm so freaking torn! TTATT But anyways, I'll probably just do it when I've got no other games to play or when I'm inspired enough to save the kingdoms of old =v= ... someday...
Ahhh! But I'm so glad I inspired you to draw her! And now that you say that I think it's inspiring me to draw her again right now =v= I've actually been trying to think of someone to draw and I believe a redo Lynn would be perfect >0<

Eeep I've had things like that happen to me too...oddly enough there was ONE time in a game when I let a character die and moved on without them, and the worst part is, it was in AWAKENING, which should be like, the easiest game in the series for not letting people die...I was feeling really desperate and I think I'd stayed up too late playing the same chapter over and over and was obviously not thinking clearly...(btw it was Tharja I let die...I still feel bad about it lol. Especially because I wanted Noire on my team so bad after I realized what the mistake had caused...)
Sweet! It's fun to redraw stuff from the past anyway. Yeah I'm working on a picture with the WiiU gamepad; that's pretty fun to draw on! Since I don't have a tablet, it's a great go-to when I feel like attempting digital realism.

Omg if that happened to me I'd be devastated TT7TT I have a problem where I never want anyone to die no matter what so if they did die I'd probably just do the same that I did with the old game and shelf it until I felt inspired to play the game again. But damn you've got some guts and patience to play with the perma-death on TTvTT I applaud you~
Ooh that sounds cool~ I've always heard you could draw on the gamepad and I really would like to try it out =7= Is it fairly easy to draw on it? I... I don't have a WiiU because... moneyyyyyyyyyyy TTwTT That and I'm also torn with getting that or a PS4 because my second older brother keeps saying I should get a PS4 so that we can play together, but that is also expensive and I can really only choose one console right now AHHHHHHHHH >A< Anyways, but I do really want to get a WiiU eventually because there are many games I want to play!! Like Splatoon and the HD Windwaker remake and Super Smash Bros (I have it for my 3DS but it's just not the same as playing with many other people on a big screen ; v ; )~ Ah there's just too many things =7= What games do you play on the WiiU?

Heh I'll take some applause then...*bows* I used to be so obsessed with the game that when I'd be working at the gas station when I was 18-19, I'd always volunteer to clean the bathrooms, and I'd put a clean garbage bag on the floor and sit on it and play Fire Emblem for a bit. So hopelessly pathetic.
Oh trust me, the gamepad is VERY easy to work with and I love the texture of the pastel tools on Sketchpad Academy (I think the program is only $10 but definitely not over $15), and I would know because I'm not exactly digital art savvy. Granted it's all pretty basic; one layer, occasionally the colors they feature don't have one that's close enough to what I have in mind for using, and the blending tool doesn't always work like it should, but those are very minor issues that don't effect how great I think the program is.
Lol money is just no fun and then it's the most fun at the same time.
Oh yeah, my brothers have all of those games! They're great! I just love Splatoon, and you would love doing online player with me because you would defs win.

Damn I don't think I'd have the confidence to do something like that at my job =7= But then again if you love something enough one would probably do anything~ I do applaud you on many levels for gaming and in life
Well I definitely think I'll be getting the WiiU some time soon-ish though. My roommate, whom is my bestie/soon to be sister-in-law, recently got a PS4 from my brother =v=; I know that whole sentence sounds weird, but my family and my bestie's family have basically lived in the same home ever since we were little so I guess that's why we don't mind sharing a room and stuff >v> ANYWAYS, yeah my bro bought her a PS4 and we kind of share it together so I figured I could be the one to get a WiiU~ Problem solved! Until she moves out to live with my bro and takes the PS4 with her TTvTT Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh~
But yeah~ If I do really go through with getting the WiiU, Splatoon ( I would totes play with you trust me >0< ) and Windwaker and Sketchpad Academy ( cuz it sounds pretty cool ) are def the first things on my list~ Maybe Hyrule Warriors, but I'm not too into the whole beat-'em-up nonstop things =v=; But yes! I do agree Link looks absolutely beautiful in that game X'DD As for Mario Kart TTvTT the colors and craziness is too intense in the recent version. I tried playing with a friend's WiiU Mario Kart and I was soooo overwhelmed with all the things. I guess there's also the fact I was never one for racing games

Hehe well, I used to run around like crazy getting things done so there would be a little time to spare...one time I was in there so long the motion lights turned themselves off and I was submerged in pitch black, which scared the lights out of ME.
Wow, that's great that you can defs approve of your brother's fiance then! Doesn't sound too weird to me though; most of my friends are a couple years younger than me so some of them are the same age as one of my brothers, which always makes me think and has given me some weird dreams before...>.> BUT ANYWAY! Hopefully they don't take the PS4 soon!D:

Well I'm just very amazed with your bravery. If I had a job at that time in my life I would've been too paranoid to go off and play games =7= It's kinda cool to see how you were able to get away with doing that and all~
