Part 5 of my EPIC HALLOWEEN PROJECT!!! This one's a bit of an odds-and-ends entry, for characters who are significant but not central and who do not have various forms to fill a picture with. Please don't feel slighted by these picks, though; I love all of them.
Amy Rose = Bulma Briefs
Rotor Walrus = Ox King
Old Man Owl (from the OAV) = Muten Roshi
Cream the Rabbit = P'uar
Chip = Oolong

XD; Now THAT's a thought I hadn't considered, but for me, Rouge would make a better RanFan or, even better, Hasky of the Red Ribbon Army. Bulma, meanwhile, just seems to fit Amy better, with her man-hungry tendencies, bubbly personality, and on the flipside a temper that is not to be trifled with. XD;

Roshi was a tough call; I almost did Uncle Chuck, but the personalities simply did not match, and Chuck was better suited for another role anyway. Owl's eccentricity, meanwhile, seemed a good fit for Roshi.
And I almost did Rotor as Professor Briefs, Bulma's dad, but utlmiately I felt he just looked better as the Ox King. Mainly because that hat goes so well with his tusks. X3
