Now here's a couple I for one did not exspect from .Sleet and Vash FTW! (...My first reaction was 'hey Dard, you realize you've unknowingly creating a gay pairing that can have the pairing name of 'Slash' right?
Designing these two was fun. It's really freeing to work from a description, no visual reference, without trying to get a character exactly as someone originally saw them like you have to do for a Com or a trade, or even fanart with a ref. This is the third and forth character I've apparently understood exactly what Dard meant with the horns, which is nice because gosh dangit Dard, your horns are WEIRD.
Also. Dandy. *glare* If you break up another couple right after I make you cute art I swear I will hurt you.

Very nicely done! For a few seconds I didn't recognize these guys since I visualize them less often than the others. They are both very handsome.

You did an amazing job creating Vash as a character. He's always been one of those ones whose incredibly hard to visualize among my cast and you succeeded in making him quite the handsome drake despite that. 
Sometimes I try TOO hard to make horns unique. Especially when I was younger. If I was to design most of the characters again now, they'd be way simpler. Though since I'm not a good visual artist I'd still need to edit them to make colour sense. XD Luckily I have you to help me redesign and work out what my characters look like!
And come on. I just introduced the idea of them being a couple. XD It would be absurd if I immediately broke it up.
