For both Vector's and Victoria's hair, I did just a flat color, then basic shading. Then I do a few light and dark lines following the strands, then smudge it a bit with the smudge tool in the direction the hair goes. The brighter highlights are just lighter and much brighter colors similar to the base color that are kind of scribbled on then smudged a bit. It's a pretty simple process.

But yeah, I really like working with Victoria's long hair. (Heavenly Sword is awesome, by the way!)

I don't know, I just never join all that many groups. Usually, I only join one or two per fandom. But yeah, it would look pretty neat to see how Victoria's hair flows in combat.

Well, points can be useful for commissioning others...or, if you get enough, you can buy stuff from the DA shop with them.

I've noticed long hair is often overlooked in a lot of galleries, or if it is, it's never moving, you know? I imagine drawing it that way is a lot harder to do than most people think.

Most of my characters now tend to have short hair. Long hair would be a nice change of pace to work with.

It might be something for your portfolio, if you ever do this professionally. People like to hire artists with a wide range of techniques for everything. I bet the artists hired for design work on Heavenly Sword had some epic long-air pics in their portfolio!

That's okay. I use a lot of American sayings, sarcasm, and humor, and I like to hint at things in my writing rather than describe them outright. Sometimes it does not translate so well into other languages.
Have you tried the DICTER online translator program? I hear that one is very clever, and translates slang and idioms very well.
