Besides that, however, amazing work. I love the concept of the translucent red sections on the tail fin. This a gorgeous work of art that I'm sure would make the designers at GameFreak proud.

so i just got back into pokemon, after a 7 year hiatus, and i decided to take a what type of pokemon are you quiz and got Milotic. i look it up, and read its bio, and you know what a good song for the Milotic is? The Serenade of Water from The Legend of Zelda games (or Queen Rutela's theme, as it's known in Twilight Princess).
