O_O. This is awesome (and no not just because it's Akiko nor because I adore those dresses, but that and that too! 
(There's actually an element of irony for me here too; I tried to draw a picture just like this (Akiko in a red cheongsam) once, but it was so truly rubbish (no joke we're talking disaster) that I never put it up and forgot about it. My vision has become reality after all (and courtesy of someone who has the skills to do the vision justice too!

I just mixed up a lot of designs from online. The bow knots for the stockings was inspired from Kudryavka from Little Busters.
