well yeah its going to be easy with that equipment, what if your caught exploring the caves for the first time and you only have a spear and a football helmet, or you rushing to get out because your equipment started to break. i agree, worms are easy. when you aren't caught with your pants down. but that's most of this game anyway.

I got ruins tips for you! Bring a long a squad of rocklobsters. they will deal with any worms, clockworks, or slurpers who come your way. During the nightmare phase, try to just avoid all nightmare fissures and nightmare lights until it is over. A tentacle spike or dark sword will make a good weapon if you find yourself in a one on two with nightmare creatures. Remember, running is always an option and as long as you keep running nothing in Don't Starve can hit you (with the exception of rooks, bishops, spider warriors, depth dwellers,and spitters, most of which you can outrun) A lantern can keep your helmet slot free so you can run away armored, and a miner helmet can keep your hands free for breaking statues (you likely know this). A hammer is good for breaking walls, and an opulent pick will last long enough to break quite a few statues.

i remember one time i foudn a repaired anchient puso science station for the first atime and im like "om gfinally yes!" i stood ebside it debating waht to make, thenaΒ broken rook charged in off screen, destroyed the station, wihc casued lighnign to strike that hurt me, then i began gettign chased by spawned cave snipers adn im like 'are you fucking kidding me?'

Oh! Crazy!
One time, I was walking around as Willow, and I found a sinkhole! I went in, not really strong just to experiment. As I went in and went South-West, I found a little camp! Food, sleeping mat, EVERYTHING I COULD NEVER GET. I was sooo thrilled! I grabbed all I could (including that backpack I found) and went out. I made an AMAZING camp and I went back in, fully prepared. I went in and BAM. BATS ATTACKED ME. I DIED. My reaction? 'ARE YOU KIDDING ME.' as I tried not to throw my IPad across my room.

Yeah. My favorite is either Webber or Willow. Willow is SO. EASY TO PLAY AS and Webber for me is rather...interesting. :3 I find almost no interest in like...Wilson for some odd reason XD Only thing I really like is his hair. Its just too fabulousΒ

Yeah. I still struggle to not die in the process. One time I died as Wendy and it summoned Abigail. I was laughing so hard then I realized out evil I was for laughing like that.

I actually played as Wolfgang and hunted down spiders for HOURS and could not get the skull...then a few days later, I play as Wigfrid and the thrid spider I kill, I get his skull XD

idk how many days i'v survived in minecraft cus it dosent have a day-by-day coutner like dotn starve. i still rmemebr teh first time i ever played hardcore, i lag spiked right into a ravine and died on day one beacuse of it XD
