hm okay then. yeah, i have both pans and tubes right now, but i don't use the tubes very often. i use the pans more, mainly because they're old and cheap and quite frankly i just want to get rid of them lol if i was to buy a new set of paints they would be pans, maybe a cute little compact set i could take with me on the road. winsor and newton does both, i believe...
do you know if they're very expensive?

I have the 48 half pan set at the moment, me and liquids do not mix hehe, would look ebay or somewhere ( much cheaper than retailers) my set cost me £40 which was the cheapest i could find, think they retail at about £60-65.

honestly a 24 hp would probably be fine.... 48 hp would be more than enough for me, i think.

Well I have only used them once! But I can say that they are wonderful to work with. Previously I had just used the pans, not the tubes of paint , and these are much nicer. It's worth spending the money, and a little goes a long way, so you can get the 5ml tubes.
