Very nice coloring on this redo I liked the draftsmanship on both to be honest but the color is better balanced here and I notice you changed his face shape making it more oval with less lines making him look younger. Personally, I liked the bruise color a bit better on the old one, but the color here is very well balanced and the bruising looks less severe. If you kept the full purple-blue color his eye might actually be swollen shut and he'd be looking for an ice pack rather than showing it off

Thank you for appreciating both versions. I always felt the first version made Loki look a bit silly. And I read somewhere that the bruise would have to be older to be purple. Anyways, I wanted to maintain a playfulness in both, I hope that comes through.
