My first thought was like Javi-Superstar said and cut down the shadow it does overbalance the picture but on second thought it makes a nice lead in so I guess it's a matter of taste.

Thanks for critiquing. That's what I like. It's the only way to learn. Yeah, I did see the shadow and liked the contrast with the bright sun. I think your right sometimes these pics just come down to one's perspective.

Great shot! Dark foreground with awesome colors as the skys reflection in the water just sets the whole thing off. This Works!
