Artemis of Bana-Mighdall+Elsa Bloodstone=Artemis Bloodstone
From childhood, Artemis was told that she would become an unrivaled warrior. One day, she arrogantly tried to claim the most powerful weapon given to the Bana by the Egyptian gods; the Bow of Ra and Bloodstone Crown. However, she was caught by the tribe and was put in a rite of passage as a test of worthiness. She first had to fight off Blight Beasts, later hords of great white sharks off the coast of their island and finally Qulippoth but she was late 10 seconds and got it's blood all over her head. As punishment for failure Artemis wasn't allowed to shave her hair so the blood will infect her scalp. The tribe voted on removing Artemis entirely from the equation by exiling her from the island, but Artemis had big ambitions so she stole the artifacts and made a fortune in Boston, Massachusetts realizing her destiny as a monster-hunter.

Nubia+Angela= Dark Angel
Nubia Odinsdotir was the first born of Odin and a queen of Angels but when treaty between two divine factions was broken, Angels waged war on Asgard. After the war was over, queen of Angels took Nubia away from Odin and entrusted her to Amazons, because Angels couldn't accept a bastard child from enemy forces. On Themyscira, Nubia was raised and trained to be one of the Amazons and she would follow her destiny in becoming a guardian to Gates of Hell, preventing anyone from entering or escaping, earning a title amogst the Angels as "fallen" Dark Angel. One day Nubia came into conflict with her step-sister, Wondra through nefarious plotting of Sourceress Luci but the confused conflict would soon end and two step-sisterswould join forces in defating Luci.

Side note: It occured to me last night to merge together these two badass ladies; for one both are red-heads/gingers, the other they work freelance mercinary-like jobs and finally, they posses mystical artifacts which helps them in combat against their threats.
