Thank you so much. The wall, and the diffused light it shed, was what attracted me in the first place. I posed the boy to take advantage of it. If you look at the catchlight in the eye, you'll see the reflected pattern.

Thank you very much. I took this back in 1985, when I was installing a photo lab in Aba. The boy's family lived upstairs from the lab, and he and his brothers and sisters loved to watch me work. Its amazing to think he must have a family of his own now.
