Glow in the dark skin is a funny and cool idea.
The nuclear apocalypse is a bit of an over used idea,although it's okay,but have you thought about environmental disaster like meteorites bombarding the planet with radiation or something.

thank you. and no I had not thought of the meteorites hitting the planet and causeing that. I like that idea lots because well "monsters vs. aliens" that rock was glowing and Susan turned 49 ft tall. and when they hit Earth in cartoons, they are radiating glow. so thank you for that. that is a better alternative idea for my little story. :0

I've found that GIMP takes up a lot of memory, it used to make my old computer freeze, but i've installed a massive memory now so there's no problem.
The best thing about GIMP is that it's free! I can't afford Photoshop, it's too expensive.

my desktop is so old i couldn't add memory if i wanted too and the laptop gets too many viruses for me to install anything on.one of these days I'll get a new compy for my desk and install PS on it
