Description This hatchling Grass Snake, Natrix natrix, was a guest this summer too. I had found 4 of the same size squashed flat on a small road within a hundred metres of each other during the previous week, so chose to help this individual to a spot without traffic.

i live in the most southern part of moravia,czech republic..there is lot of lizards,(two,maybe three species and some subspecies meet here) and very big number of snakes of many species
