It had been only a few months since the GB virus had been inadvertently exposed to the public, and already it had infected nearly twenty-five percent of the world's population, with the number of infected citizens growing by the day. The virus's gender-bending qualities had been well documented by that point, but researchers were beginning to see an unprecedented new side effect of the virus in newer and older patients. Due to a potential mutation in the virus's genome, infected individuals were now experiencing extreme cases of amnesia, memory manipulation, and drastic personality change: many of them, either immediately after their transformation or some time after, were beginning to forget their previous identities and adopt completely new ones alongside their gender transformation.

Such was the case with Liam, Noah, and William. They used to just be a couple of nerdy high school teens who spent most of their free time playing video games at each other's houses...until an outbreak of the GB virus began spreading throughout their school. It wasn't long before the three boys unknowingly became infected, and soon after, while they were all hanging out together in Noah's bedroom, the virus's symptoms began to take hold. In a matter of mere minutes, they were transformed into three very attractive teenage girls. And soon after their physical transformations, their minds began to warp and twist to fit their new feminine appearances: they now believed themselves to be the most popular girls in school, whose looks would make any boy instantly fawn over them.

And so, Leigh, Noel, and Wendy went on with their lives as high school girls, without any recollection of their past identities; just another three unknowing victims of the GB virus
