I imagine that if someone told her “I’ve seen how you are around pokemon and would do very well if as a mother, they would likely be easy to birth and very intelligent thanks to those hips of yours ” Chiharu would be both very flattered and blushing as red as that beret on her head.

I also have more ideas on what Chiharu would sound like, Nole from Blazeblue (JP ), (ENG ) or my personal favorite, Hint Hyuuga from Naruto (JP ) (ENG ) as both of them are shy moe women that can be dangerous if angered (I’m sure even Chiharu has an emotional threshold that could snap if pushed too far).

In Chapter Six of her Johto series, she actually does snap during the fight with Jasmine, who had used Roar in battle to force out one of Chiharu's weakened pokemon out only to have it knocked out by the Stealth Rocks. Needless to say it kept Jasmine from using that move during the rest of the battle.

Perhaps she should be voiced by Kaori Fukuhara (Japanese voice actress) and Michelle Ruff (English voice actress) who voiced Tsukasa Hiiragi from Lucky Star, or Aya Endo (Japanese voice actress) and Karen Strassman (English voice actress) who voiced Miyuki Takara also from Lucky Star.

Luckily for the leafy pear dinosaur, Chiharu is pear shaped, so most of her fat is at her butt, thighs, and belly. So chances of Chikorita getting caught into neck folds like Clawhauser's donuts is highly unlikely.
