First of all, I’d like to apologise for my disappearance here, January has been an awfully busy month for me. But on the bright side, for my comeback I finally got the chance to shoot a photo for my Weather Systems project, inspired by the Anathema album of the same name, which I’ve had in my mind for months. The Gathering Of The Clouds, is truly one of my favourite songs from that album and its visual representation was crystal clear in my mind since the beginning. I just had to wait for the perfect weather conditions while I was on holiday at my mother’s, as the location I absolutely wanted to use was there. Finally, today it happened and I’m happy as I could be.

I feel cruel for not having paid as much attention as I usually do on your photographs 
I love these, they remind me of the part of my childhood where I lived in France and went to beach really often ... it was always really cloudy! I'd never heard of Anathema until now, and I have to say, "The Gathering of the Clouds" is a gorgeous song. So I have to thank you again for your impeccable taste in music :3

I just let the emotions of the song flow through me. I don't know, this particular song does some magic to me, whenever I listen to it I have to catch my breath aftermaths. Perhaps that's why I found it so easy to portray these emotions.
