[ The Storm Before The Calm – Anathema ]
During yesterday’s session, I got to shoot another photo for my Weather Systems project, which is inspired by the Anathema album of the same name. The Storm Before The Calm is anotehr of my favourites from the album, but due to its length, complexity and change in mood I decided to split the photo in two parts, both dyptichs: the first is The Storm, the second will be The Calm . This photo is meant to represent the first five minutes of the song, with the elctronic storm. Tomorrow I’m going to publish the second part.

Yes I am, thanks! I'm finally back to shooting after a bit of hiatus due to university and sickness, so I'm fine at last. You?

I'm good - a lot of things are going on at the moment - currently I'm in-between eye-surgeries and if all goes according to plan I won't need glasses anymore (or at least not at strong ones). That's quite big for me as I've had glasses all my life.

Oh, I wish you all the best with your surgery then! A couple of friends of mine had eye surgery and they said it was a great relief to be finally rid of glasses, so I hope yours go perfectly as well!

My only concern is how people will look at me afterwards and how I will see myself, as wearing glasses has been a part of my identity for nearly 20 years, it's a little scary for me
