EDIT:WHY IS THIS PICTURE BEING FAV'ED ALL THE TIME??; SERIOUSLY-;
This horrible- no-CG- picture is of my FMA OC Desire.
Yes, shes an Homunculus (sp?XD)
Her powers?
Ability to form any natural substance into a replica of an object. (ex. Soil to a stone horse, snow to ice person etc)
And thats how she fights. using and controlling the soil.
She.... Doesn't really have a lot of control yet, so a hit to her would cause her to lose focus and lose the puppets.

If you say that desire is NOT the same thing as lust , then wouldn't it fall under the catagory of GREED because of her desire to WANT things not hers. She looks great by the way love her outfit ^-^*

Desire: to long or hope for : exhibit or feel desire for; As in, you wish for success, you desire success. The Desire to be loved.
According to your argument, Lust can be the same as Greed. You lust for something. Yes- Passionately, but you can Lust after money- or Sex, if you will. While Greed means to want physical objects, right?
It's the problem with all these different words for the sins. They basically mean the same thing. So really...
Synonyms of Desire: wish, want, crave, covet
Synonyms Of Greed: avarice, avidity, cupidity, covetousness; voracity, ravenousness, rapacity.
Synonyms of Lust: Desire.
In reality, they're all entwined with each other so closely, there really isn't a LINE.
I have always thought of Lust as a more passionate, concentrated form of Desire. Desire being the step below Lust.
just as Envy is a step below Jealously.
Like I said above, there really isn't any way to draw a bold line between them.
Anyway. I needed something to name her.

I used to have that problem too. I found out that drawing women with smaller eyes and longer faces make them look older, if that helps at all.

Really? I dislike snow it's way too cold and numbing. I didn't go to school for the first time yesterday cause of the snow. But cause of the sun it's melting pretty quick

Desire covers more than Lust.
Lust usually refers to sexual things, but it could also be like, lusting power. It's a step up from Desire.
Desire is like, wishing for things.
Just like Jealousy and Envy are different.
