Honestly, out of all the major antagonists, I consider mogeko the worst of them. For all of Moge-Ko's sadism, she was unintentionally created to be that way. Judging from the flashbacks and "happy" end, Shinya was a better person once, before succumbing to his mental issues. mogeko , on the other hand, was essentially a spoiled brat who decided to abuse his power and drag everyone else down with him.
