Hmm, But Mail.app has the avatar but you've have to add the avatars for each receivers' (which means you need to add each receiver's avatar using address book it's truly annoying :/ ) email as on Sparrow it works default and it has migration with Gravatar i wish Apple should make like Sparrow's feature that should be minimalist. But can you make a mods that lets to get the avatar work like Sparrow?

Sounds good, You could suggest that feature to Apple they probably built compatible with Gravatar only Apple accepts if the votes for your idea is high.
Simply email to them and they might tell you or sometimes they won't reply until they see into that feature.
