Description
Hermann is responsible for giving missions to researchers and agents in Mirage organisation. Especially those people that he believes will succeed. Everyone around him knows well he does not tolerate failure and incompetence. They even know the unfortunate fate of their fellow agents who constantly disappointed him.I think I really like drawing this weirdo now.
He always looks depressed (his natural facial expression) and 'weak', yet he gives the impression of an authoritative character. More drawings of this character:

That's right. It has the power of of light to bring about the end of the darkness which surrounds Hermann. Creating a sense of sight for his more sinister deeds of the organization, of which he controls. Without the shackles of morality. This lamp must be stopped to delay his plans.

Damn he looks amazing, he does have sort of Mads Mikelsen face when his expression is something between sad, angry and authoritative.
His Office is also very fitting, minimalistic and utilitarian but not OCD crazy organized, just well organized and simple. Great work
