Very impressive! Amazing shadow and highlight work, impeccable hair and fabric detailing (especially the hand). The features are impressively accurate too! My only qualm is with the unfocused gaze and the back eye (which, keeping in mind foreshortening principles is, is a trifle large.
All in all though, excellent work!

Very happy with this one. I pushed myself to implement techniques I've never used before to create the desired level of realism. Funnily enough, the areas I thought would be the most painstaking were also the most fun. I can honestly say that I wouldn't change a thing (but of course, that will change.).
