Description
Staying true to my word and deciding not to let anything get in the way of making a story I like and will be proud of, I am happy to say I am working on concept of character for a Story called: "The Misadventures of Ebb and Flo".

For clarity, I won't stop the other stories, but My main focus will be this new one. Also Ebb is Liloxi's new Nickname/Alias and Flo is Lady Parse's Nickname/Alias. More details on the story later.

Meet Feebe, The Pidgey.
Nicknames: Frizz, Hopper, Penny-pincher "Tippie"
Alias: Feebe

Background: She is the younger "Twin Sister" of Mr. Lowe (A.k.a Fencc) the Patrat. In addition, she is also the Assistant Shopkeeper for Mr. Lowe as both of them are rarely seen apart, outside of Business matters. Their parents are unknown as well as where they are from, however, Feebe will sometimes sing unusual songs and wear a locket. Inside is a picture of a human couple...

Additional Information: Feebe sports a Carefree Nature/Attitude and tends to copy's Liloxi's Moveset at will. She states she admires Liloxi's way of fighting and the things he can do. In truth, Feebe is actually very Rash in Nature and actually wants to take Liloxi's ability for herself. When her true personality shows, she becomes Dark Type switches to something called "Purrlion Stance", where her moveset changes to a Purrlion's Moveset at will. She hides three sharp feathers in her wing(s) and will reveal them when using any claw moves.
