The Framed. Oldest Sibling. Parents named him after Liloxi (His biggest fans). He's also wearing Liloxi's Scarf and Team Bag.

Ebb, funny little fellow. He's probably the most carefree and happy-go-lucky Pokemon in Neddel. Although he started out jut as normal as he could be, one awkward encounter with Mr. Lowz (Fencc) and he ends up nearly dead with a new ability: Vibe. Although he used his carefreeness to mask any emotions he would normally express, Vibe brings them out.

When Sad, his hair is droopy and his body turns a vivid blue, with Drizzle becoming his ability (Only Above him. A small, sad, yet powerful rain cloud above his head. Causes floods).
Angry? His hair grows out, spikey, and his once dull blue becomes fiery red, causing a Drought (Only the ground around him. Things catch fire. may want to keep your distance).
How about Happy? Well, catch him in a bright mood and you'll get to see him as green as grass, forming a Grassy Surge (Only on him...making him look like a bouquet, but smells great!)
