I didn't even need to look at the title when I recognized this uniform set.
My knowledge of military history must be very poor to only be able to recognize video game uniforms.
So let that be my New Year's resolution: Research more about uniforms, maybe using your gallery as a memory aide?

The army one didn't have a helmet, and the security ones did. Apart from that looks good.

There are no US soldiers in the wasteland, since they all died 200 years earlier. The combat armor mostly sits around or is worn by idiots. The combat armor and combat helmet go together, of course.
Tenpenny security have no headgear.
Talon company has no headgear.

I did play the games back in the day . Tenpenny and Talon had Helmets , and the Army Combat Armour didn't.

Talon and Tenpenny did have helmets, just not everyone who shot at you.

That's neither of what you said. That's the Rivet city uniform. Tenpenny and Talon company didn't have headgear.
That US armor is from a New Vegas DLC. I'm talking about the Fallout 3 base game.

The Rivit City Uniform has a security helmet. The Tenpenny Tower, and Talon Company did have combat helmets. Tenpenny here on the left (with it's helmet, which is in the game files, but not the game itself). Here is the Talon (with the wrong helmet), and here is it's helmet. The Talon helmet is unique, and only Commander Jabsco has it. In Fallout 3 base game there is no US Army Combat Armour, there is a Ranger one, and the winterized ones in the DLC, but no base US Army one.

Go to your game console or pc and put Fallout 3 in. Tenpenny guards don't have helmets. Nobody except Mr. Burke has a hat at all!
Talon company never has helmets except for the commander, yes. There's only one talon helmet in the entire game.
The combat armor is the US military armor, although it is not called that in-game. It is obvious though, since it is found in former military locations and at the crashed jet. Combat armor is clearly the US military armor because it obvious. It's the same shape as the winterized ones and is the continental version, not winter version. The ghoul roamers all wear it, and the only way there can be that many ghouls wearing the same armor is if it was a uniform at some point. Military, the US military....
