Description
Panterrian army recruits in the different uniforms issued. After graduating the uniforms are kept at the training location and reissued over and over until they are rendered unserviceable and burned.Panterria is a fictional story of the rise of a great empire from Austria in 2040 to the fall by constant invasion and interior problems.

so after they graduated they never worn this in combat and later they burn it??

They wear these in training, never real combat. Once they get too dirty or torn up after several years from reissuing so many times they are burned. After they graduate training these are returned to the facility, the graduates don't take these uniforms with them into active service. The patches stay on them, too. All recycled to save resources.

well, i think rather than burn them, it's better to sell them during garage sale or put them in the internet, at least many military collector will buy them and the money can use to make the new one

i really want to see how Pantterian soldier finally gave up their fancy uniform for a rude uniform because of lack of resource in their final day 
and for Pantterian Military collectors, it will looks cool if you make it, from an expert collector to noob collector with that"Stolen Valor" look a like badge and medal
