From the outback, its the Mark II Asutralian Jaeger, Champion Goliath!

After the first wave of Jaegers were deployed, it took a couple years after for the second wave, the Mark II's to hit the field. Thankfully, no Kaiju incursion had begun until the Mark IV's were mostly deployed.

Goliath is another straight-forward Jaeger. Heavy armor and a focus on melee combat, Goliath is a tough one to crack. Champion Goliath has no extra armament other than its fists as it is the tank role for the Australian/New Zealand Fleet. Taking the brunt of the Kaiju while other Jaegers support him from range or alongside him.

When the third Kaiju invasion began, many breaches were opened and Goliath was on the frontlines along with several other Jaegers deployed all around Australia. Champion Goliath successfully took down two Category I Kaiju before being disabled in the fight by a Category IV that led the assault on Sydney, Australia. Thankfully Goliath was recovered, repaired and is currently still in active duty.
