This fellow was drawn as an addition to NinDB Collab 3 , but there was no space left for him. Anyway, his name is Ogura (オーグラ), he's an eel and a major antagonist from the three first (and Japan-only) video games of Tose and Nintendo's The Legendary Starfy franchise.Since Ogura is so dangerous, he was sealed in a magic jar, but somehow he always gets out of it and causes trouble (e.g. by creating thunderstorms). It is up to Starfy and his friends to stop him on several occasions. In the third game, he is shown to serve an even more powerful villain known as Evil. However, near the end of the game, Ogura reveals that he isn't all bad and sacrifies himself to help Starfy & Co. defeat Evil.

Never played Starfy, but when I saw it , it looked really kirby-esque.

Yeah, both are cute Japanese platform game series. But personally I think the gameplay of Starfy feels quite different (for the reason alone that much more action takes place underwater). The games also have a much bigger amount of text than Kirby.

I like him, too, even though I basically didn't understand a word of what he or anyone else was saying when playing Starfy 1 and 3. ^_^
