Nice idea... But work more on the linghting... I can't see the shadows

The shadows are there (depth map) on the wall behind the plant but, yes they are very hard to see.

It's a very pretty picture, nice idea and the light really give the mood.
The only thing you should improve is the Ambient Oclusion setting, to give the right "contact" shadows

You're right.
I had deliberately turned down the AO settings to near nil, for the sake of a faster render (I try not to do that much) and it shows. I may try a re-render of this at a later date to improve that.

It's a shame cause it's a very good render already, with normal AO settings it will look just perfect
