After hearing from Mina about Hudson and Torpedo, Ami wants to meet one of Zachery’s New York Central friends herself, and Zachery knows who to introduce her to: Mercury, the engine that pulls The Mercury streamlined train. Besides bringing along Jeannie, Ellie and Toby, Zachery brings along Mirabelle as she’s blue like Mercury, and he also brings along Gordon as both Gordon and Mercury are 4-6-2 “Pacific” type steam locomotives, making them cousins. And Matt, Inez and Jackie wanted to tag along and Zachery happily brings them along too for when Ami meets Mercury.
