After the rescue mission to save Amity (and successfully saving her), Ellie and Amanda get a call from Mina, Ukyo and Shampoo that one of Zachery’s friends from the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad (or more commonly known as The Milwaukee Road for short) wants to meet Reanne. So the next day, Ellie, Reanne and Amanda arrive at the Twin Cities in Minnesota with Ash, May, Jeannie, Sally, Aki, Natsumi and Emily. Zachery, Mina, Ukyo and Shampoo arrive with Zachery’s friend; a 4-4-2 “Atlantic” type steam locomotive Class A #3, named Otto. Otto reveals himself as the one who wants to meet Reanne. Reanne is eager to know more about Otto and he reveals himself to be one of the two engines that (takes turns at least) pulls the Twin Cities Hiawatha between Chicago and Twin Cities. However, everyone, even Otto, gets a surprise when Cure Mermaid and Cure Precious arrive as well. With the unexpected arrival of the two Precure, Reanne’s day just got a whole lot better, and Otto is as happy as Reanne.
