1. Shutterfly's no-longer active, so it'd be pointless to ask him for permission
2. I've seen other bases made from his art
3. Shutterfly has been known to trace other artists, so I think it's fair. XD
4. This is will be the only ShutterflyEQD I'll be tracing for a base. Anymore than that is just greedy tbh XD

Basically, I wanted to make a Trixie x Grapefruit Face ear nibbling ear, and I'm morally satisficed this is ok to do. If you have a problem with it, then just don't use this base. XD Man, I'm a bit of a jerk aren't I? Oh, and let's be fair. If you do use this, credit ShutterflyEQD out of respect. He's made some neat pictures. ;3
