Though I am curious as to why you picked that pose. Was it so you could draw the tail in its entirety? The pose makes me think she's five seconds away from relieving herself.

Haha! Thanks and ew. I wanted a pose less boring than standing. Any way I drew her I wasn't going to cut off the tail. I guess that is a much more... interesting way to look at it.

In all seriousness, I understand. Standing poses, as I have figured out firsthand, do get somewhat monotonous and a pose like this is not only a healthy drawing challenge but also more aesthetically pleasing.
And the last part, as you may have guessed, I threw in there as a joke. I say something like that most times I see a female character shown in a squatting pose like that. (In most cases, the artist doesn't even see that until I point it out.) I know that wasn't your intention for this picture, 'cause you forgot to put a litter box beneath her feet.
