I'm a rock hard Suicune fan and I thought I should make a stamp for everyone to support and share!I would have made one for Zapdos but there's no picture good enough of it to make into a stamp... Why doesn't anybody love Zapdos?!

I'm also thinking about making my own style of stamps... Doesn't mean I'll delete this one though.

How did you make the Suicune fade to the blue part?

o.o It's hard to explain but I duplicated the last frame five times and made five plain blue layers too and moved those above the duplicated Suicune layers. Then I played with the opacity for each blue layers (1st - 25%, 2nd - 40%, etc...) and merged one with the duplicated Suicune layers so it would look like it faded into the blue layers. The topmost blue layer has the highest opacity while the first one has the lowest.
Sorry if I killed your brain!
Oh, and I use GIMP, not those fancy photoshop programs that everyone else have.

I wish I knew how to animate but I just picked up the picture off TinyPic. It was already animated when I found it. Good places to find animations are either TinyPic and/or Photobucket.
