I love it! It is very interesting. You really have me looking at it and wondering how you did it. Even after reading the description, I'm still totally lost on how you did it. I love how the image has me reading it from left to right, versus the norm, where it starts from light to kind of dark in a way. It also looks like thats the direction the clouds are going in.

Only one thing, I'm not sure if the clouds made it look like so (cuz you know, nature is soooo controllable) but the sky on the left looks much brighter than the sky towards the middle and even towards the left. I really love the way the sun hits the right side of the page, but then the middle of the image looks somewhat dull.

But don't mind me, the image came out lovely either way e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" />

Hey

This one is impressive. The contrast is so high...
for my taste it's a little bit too much.
I prefer softer colours, like those of your next photo.

On the other hand it's the contrast that makes this cloud so huge and dangerous looking
I guess it's just a case of taste ^^

Great picture but my only nagging comment Phillipa Parsnip, is that it looks too overdone, if you know what i mean, so you gonna get people on two sides of the fense, those that hate it, and those that love it. I really think the trick is to be more subtle, while still wowing the pants off people... Its a beautiful photo though, but i think it would have been all the more, if you toned down the HDR and Vibrancy... and made it look more natural. Just a thought, like maybe trying some Raw panoramas, with no hdr, and then finding the middle ground...?

I'll try and do this one again and leave one particular layer away. I know exactly what you mean Roy
