Ok.. i dont watch pokemon any more. After they started adding new characters, i stopped watching it.But about a week ago i was cleaning my room and found the first pokemon movie ever (in some box in my closet)
and i was like "hmmm i should watch this again for fun sometime"
Well after a pretty stressful week, i finally had some extra time and was like. Ok i shall watch it.
After watching it, i remembered why i liked this show (just like about 90% of you out there) when i was a kid. But i kinda saw why i quit watching it. I didnt like when they started adding new stupid looking ones... so yea no offence. I just dont like the new ones at all.
BUT! the old school ones are cool, i just dont watch them at all anymore.
So i drew this as a reminder of how much fun it was when i was a kid XD i still have the cards in some box downstairs, cause i refuse to sell them. Its like selling a piece of my childhood!
So yea this guy was always one of my favs, and when i watched the movie, i decided he was cool enough to draw really quick and stay up till midnight coloring.
Im gonna upload my WIPs in a day or so in my scraps of this if interested
It started and pencil line art and went from there.But yep yep. Tis MEWTWO!

I agree. When they started adding new ones, i stopped watching it. =/ It was stupid. XD and ya, the old ones were amazing. XD same with Power Rangers =/ I adored the old (very first one)...and now they have like "Power Rangers: Dino Power" and "Power Rangers: Storm Energy" o_o or something like that. o.o its very stupid. XDDD But you drew him very well

Oh my gosh I loved poke'mon so much! I think they should like show the odl shows or something, and on some Saturday morning have a poke'mon marathon from the very first to teh last good one! I would tottally sit there all day and watch them!

Yay for pokemon! I cant keep up with all the new ones either, to many. Im still under 18 though, so technically im a kid, i guess... anyway, good job and keep up the good work! P.S. Im kinda tired because I stayed up til 3 am catching up on the Naruto episodes i have missed!

Awesome picture! I used to have so much pokemon toys and cards and all kinds of stuff but my mom went all crazt when she found out there where physcic ones and she made me get rid of all of it because she thought it wa san evil presence in the house.

Pokemon was part of my childhood, I remember my first pokemon card. A Ponyta. Probably one of my fav pokemon of all time. Anyway, as I said you did a awsome job on Mewtwo!

Heh, about half the lightning is a brush, the rest i had to make... but yea either way it wasnt easy.

I like how you did the lightning. I have a hard time with lightning in photoshop. Yes I used to watch it and quit for the same reason. The plot never advanced it was always the same stupid inept bad guys and after I took the effort to memorieze 100 charactrs and they're releationships they decide to throw out 100. I said, screw this.
