Ditzy Doo, Bubbles, Bright Eyes, and Derpy Hooves are all aliases for the same pony. Which one is her 'real' name is up to interpretation.

I like Ditzy, but I recognize all the variants as being equally viable. =3

I know my style's a bit strange, but I do my best to portray the characters regardless. As for her name, I've always preferred Ditzy Doo, simply because it sounds better. Derpy's alright, and I don't mind folks calling her that, but I just like Ditzy and Dinky Doo better. :3 Either way, however, she's still the same lovable mare. n.n
