Work in 2 glasses of 3mm and one mirror of 3mm, application of 24 carat gold, enamels, wooden frame covered with mirror.
The title “Bankson Pollanksy” comes from forcing an impossible collaboration between Jackson Pollock and Banksy.}
This was an exercise in playing with the chain of artistic influences from Joan Miro to Jackson Pollock, as he influenced Jean Michel Basquiat, and the latter influenced Banksy. The flammable caution symbol is a conspiracy theory surrounding Banksy, where supposedly Massive Attack vocalist Robert del Naja is the identity of the elusive artist; the symbol is the cover of one of his albums.
