I love this photograph. It somehow calls my attention as a stadium where spectators at each level would watch and wonder how deep this will go... I love photographs that trigger imagination and this one certainly does. Nice of you to have mentioned the boat in the background too! Small details are always so meaningful...

Great composition/design! I bet the rush of knowing you got a good shot is almost as good as the rush of making the trip and scrambling through the the dark... But if I catch you on one of my job sites buddy, you're toast! (actually, no risk of that, you're a continent away). Nice photo!

Sure. My sites have lots of interesting environmental features, like PCBs and PAHs and other carcinogens...
There is a group in an industrial city near me that does urban exploration. A while ago they got into a subterranean network that is supposed to go for miles. If you do get here (canada-toronto area) some day, you're welcome to a few free cold beers!
