Description
Following the color pattern of the rough sketch, I've tried to keep the Sailor Moon theme (baby blue for royal blue, light pink for red and regular pink), while avoiding using other senshi colors. I like it I guess.My Celestial Sailor Moon will appear in this fic: [link]

Very elegant. I'm not sure about the pink, but I really like the shade of baby blue you chose. I'm also a fan of maybe a more gradient white to blue in the skirt.

I don't know if she's right before Cosmos. It's ambiguous at this point. But it's certainly after Eternal SMoon.

Ahhh, okay, I was just wondering; I guess since Cosmos is a little more toned down than Eternal SM, you want something in between, yes? If that's the case, I think it portray's very well, it could use a bit more to give it the Cosmos elegance, but I'm not sure how to go about that yet. XD

I think it looks terrific. The transition from Sailor Moon to Sailor Cosmos really looks complete here.

Hm, to be honest, I do like this version more than the gold version. Since it still has the traditional blue, red, and white theme to it, I think it shows a better relationship to her previous outfits while still showing her "advancement" in transformations closer to Sailor Cosmos. I guess I really don't make much sense do I? Sorry about that.

I like the design! It's really unique and a good transition to Cosmos. To me, these colors seem to look and work the best but somehow they just look a bit off... Maybe because they do look more like her original look but I can't put a finger on it.
If I had to recommend a change in the color scheme, I would say keep what you have red, but the blue I would somehow work a fade - white to blue, blue being at the bottom.
However, this is your art, and is really awesome regardless what you do with it ^^

Very pretty :3. Though it looks like she's reversing her fuku design from Eternal to her first version. Not like a power down but going down to a simplier view before she becomes Cosmos...
