This lineart was difficult! I always have issues drwaing big figures because I can't see far away enough to tell if everything's proportionate.There are several reasons why I probably will not finish this:
1. Super Sailor Moon is very complex and difficult to draw, though she is my favorite incarnation of Sailor Moon. Period.
2. When I ink and then proceed to color things I almost inevitably destroy them completly. I wish I could color digitally, or had Copic markers, heck, or even had the natural ability of some to whip colored pencils and Prismacolors into doing their bidding.
3. I look at the beautiful art that already exists, officially, and in fandom, and feel that I've failed utterly to depict what it is I love about this figure. After all, I've been drawing her for what - ten years? - and have never yet grown tired of her.

The lineart is awesome Suki. And I know what you mean about ruining things when your colour it, but you shouldn't be so hard on yourself.

My favourite incarnation of SM is Cosmos or Eternal SM. Not too much of a fan of the Super, but I do love the rainbows she has! XD

I love Cosmos, too! But the puffy sleeves and huge wings on Eternal SM are a bit much for me.

Ahhh, but I like the Manga Eternal Moon, she's much more whispy-looking and less cartoonish! XD

1. Agreed, super sailor moon is awesome! I'm not quite sure which of her forms I like the most, but super is up somewhere at the top.
2. I know the feeling, but really, no you don't. ^_~ I love your colouring-work, it's YOUR style, you know? That's a very important quality if you ask me.
3. I think everyone feels like this sometimes? (or in some cases, always! 
I love the sketch, and I think that should you decide to finish it, she will look even lovelier.
