It definitely is a beautiful sketch. You can tell it's a Sailor Moon character but you give it your own flair :3. However, when I first saw it, I thought of a long-haired Saturn :3. It's the way the hair is drawn so high/squarish. Rei is more shapely and her hair falls more straighter than Hotaru's :3.
