who is he? what is he? this man is hunting for pretty girls who are driving cars. be careful. he is very hard to beat and will ram you. so if you have a very skills female Character/OC. they can take him on. hopefully he won't find one of my female Character OCs. some of them are not racer or not good at speeding.Related content

yeah. but he does have a weakness. any car that pass 140 MPH will make a chance to escape. just like cool down in Need For Speed Hot Pursuit. you know that his windows are tinted so nobody knows his Identity.
