day at the beach...Two mechs fighting it out at the beach...
I had this pic in my mind for about two weeks now, finally managed to get a good day and put it out halfway ok... I actually wanted to make 3D-models for it to get the perspective perfectly, and probably will get this done sometime too, but for the moment it's ok...
I'm still lacking the immense depth and action some of the guys out there manage, but it's just me practicing... Hopefully getting better...

All in all, this took about 5h, the first one wasted with a not working background...

reminds me a lot of the beach head in Halo 3 on Zanzibar. I used to battle it out with my bros there all the time.

I think this is utterly superb.
A tranquil, postcard seaside scene with beautiful skies, calm winds, and pure tranquility interupted by a pair of fighting mechs.
This is superb - two themes thrown into one and the result is stunning. Love the lasers - straight beams.

yeah, that was the idea... no big epic scenery, just normal countryside and two mechs fighting it out in the middle... glad it works so good for you!
ah, you know... its not (only) being modest, but when i come to have a good look at my favs-gallery, i still do have a lot to learn... but at least, its progress!
