so you like cats? i'll give you cats!
these are a few of my grandma's. I didn't realize cats can sleep anywhere, anytime, anyhow until I saw them. these guys really like to stretch all over the place in the weirdest ways (like here
) I was sitting very uncomfortable while drawing so please excuse the messiness(and weird perspective) of it. I suppose I could have cleaned it up later, but meh...

yay kitties!! aww, they're so cute >.< You know, your description reminds me of a poem that I once read, by Eleanor Farjeon "Cats sleep anywhere, any table any chair. Top of piano, window-ledge, in the middle, on the edge...."
hehe, I like the fuzzy textures , though it still looks a bit unfinished with some details missing here and there...

Oh yea, it probably is unfinished. Altough they were sleeping, you can imagine it's hard to get 5 kittens to sit still for a portrait. A paw or a tail moved here and there and made it difficult for me to draw the details as they were originally

yes, I don't think it's possible for anyone not to like cats. They contain everything that humans consider enjoyable: cuteness, grace, lazyness, they're playful, fun, independent but sometimes affectionate, and have that mysterios "something" to them. All at the same time.

OMG! That is the cutest thing in the world EVER! I've seen a bunch of kittens do that, too, and can't get over how they can literally flop down anywhere and fall asleep in a little fuzzy ball!

oh my gosh, they're so sweet.I like the black one, give it to me( and then my mum will, finally, kick me out). In a perfect world, that cat would have been mine... but... As for the way u did it, i could just say it's ok, even if i don't now much(yet) about perspective and God knows what else.

An excellent piece of work, you have captured sleeping kittens perfectly and they do seem to have a smile when theyare young. (My daughter always had cats around when she lived at home) I think you put in just the right amount of detail....

Oh my GOD they're adorable. :faints: I LOVE how you make a bunch of different textures for the cats depending on their fur...like the tabby-striped on top ranging to the spiky lil' ball of wonder on the bottom. The proportions are all great, you know, big heads and little bodies. You've captured the various angles excellently, that is sooo tough. (Plus I cannot draw cats :3 ). The only thing I'd say is that on the topmost kitten, the front legs are a little long, especially above the elbow. However, I really can't see any fault with the rest. It's wonderfully captured and *meep.*

I can't draw cats that well either, but they were kind enough to model and that made it much easier. They were much fun do draw, as was figuring a way to make them look poofy, which they did.

Aww..... they're adorable! I love how they're all curled up together! The black one's taill looks a little odd though...... but it's cute, nonetheless!
