fondant is a pain in the ass for me. Probably due to my inability to make smooth cakes. Also, after spending an hour trying to MAKE the fondant, my patience wears a bit thin and I have to take a moment to weep.
I love the yellow colour, wow!

well I took 2 baking classes in culinary school so I knew how to layer the cake and smooth it out with buttercream... the only thing I had never worked with before was the fondant. So yeah, classes would be a good start!
